Reto Arpagaus supports Swiss and international companies, entrepreneurs and private individuals in drafting and reviewing contracts as well as with corporate transactions (M&A, PE, VC), and he advises his clients in internal and regulatory investigations, corporate governance and compliance matters as well as intellectual property and competition law. Reto Arpagaus represents clients before state courts, courts of arbitration and administrative authorities. He has extensive experience and specialist knowledge in the areas of financial services, industry, telecommunications, IT and the sports sector. Reto Arpagaus is an active member of the board of different companies in these sectors. He publishes regularly and also lectures on these specialist areas.
