Bratschi Ltd. advised «THE CRYPTO GROUP AG», «Crypto Ltd» and «INFOGUARD LTD», a group headquartered in Steinhausen and Baar in the IT security sector with approx. 250 employees, on a comprehensive restructuring and on several transactions. The international business unit was sold to a Swedish company and the Swiss business unit was transferred to the newly founded «Crypto Schweiz Ltd» via a management buy-out. We welcome Yotel in Switzerland!
Yotel, a hotel chain based in the UK, has opened a few days ago its first hotel in Switzerland, at Geneva lake. The hotel consists of 237 rooms, F&B offerings with a restaurant and seafood bar and upscale meeting spaces with a banqueting & conference center, a rooftop space and an auditorium.
