Patrimonium and EGS Beteiligungen acquire majority stake in Bächler + Güttinger AG

January 2022The fund «Patrimonium Private Equity Fund SCSp», advised by Patrimonium Private Equity Advisors AG and EGS Beteiligungen AG, a subsidiary of the Ernst Göhner Foundation, have acquired a majority stake in the horticultural company Bächler + Güttinger AG in Kiesen/BE. The previous sole owner remains a strong anchor shareholder.

Yotel, a hotel chain based in the UK, has opened a few days ago its first hotel in Switzerland, at Geneva lake. The hotel consists of 237 rooms, F&B offerings with a restaurant and seafood bar and upscale meeting spaces with a banqueting & conference center, a rooftop space and an auditorium.
