Cognita, a leading global private school group, has acquired the Swiss-based FOUR-FOREST Group. The FOUR-FOREST Group is an international, bilingual school that teaches over 300 children and students from kindergarten to secondary school level at locations in Lucerne and Zug.
Bratschi acted as legal advisor to the vendors. The team was led by Martin Moser (Partner M&A) and consisted of Curdin Käser (M&A) and Bruno Rieder (Tax).

Yotel, a hotel chain based in the UK, has opened a few days ago its first hotel in Switzerland, at Geneva lake. The hotel consists of 237 rooms, F&B offerings with a restaurant and seafood bar and upscale meeting spaces with a banqueting & conference center, a rooftop space and an auditorium.
